The Office of Charles P. Vonderhaar, CPA, LLC is celebrating its 35th anniversary this year! They specialize in both simple and complex tax returns, preparing 1040 personal returns as well as partnerships, corporations, gifts, estates, and trusts. They also do accounting and payroll services, specializing in small businesses, real estate investors, and realtors. They also do Estate Planning and serve as small business advisors.

 

Chuck and Michele have performed much volunteer work throughout the Community, donating many hours to NCH events that have benefited the City in numerous ways. In addition, they have been involved with the NCH Business Association for over a decade, serving in a variety of officers’ positions. A real benefit to Chuck’s first time customers is the 10% discount on his tax preparation services when clients use the NCH Purchase Advantage Card (available at all participating locations). Mr. Vonderhaar is also known as an interesting and talented speaker. Anyone wishing to have Chuck speak on any aspect of the accounting world can contact Michele at the NCH Office. Typical of his community spirit, Chuck does not charge for this service.

Chuck keeps up with all the trends and regulations by receiving about 100 hours of education per year when only 40 hours are required. He has been a guest on radio shows regarding tax aspects of real estate ownership and investing. He was featured in an article in the Kiplinger Magazine, and has authored numerous tax related articles for both local and national publications.
